Dog care for Covington families
Planning time away, a day of care, or a coat refresh from Covington? Start with the care your dog needs, then confirm the details with our Mandeville team.
Before requesting care
Plan the whole stay before you leave
For an overnight request, choose arrival and departure dates together rather than checking just the first night. Add a saved profile for each dog so feeding instructions, medication notes, and emergency contacts can be reviewed alongside your request. A preferred room is a preference, not a confirmed assignment.

Tell the team if you also want grooming around your stay. Boarding and grooming are separate requests and schedules. Do not assume one confirms the other; ask for both arrangements to be reviewed before making plans.
